Does Bb.Q Chicken guarantee the continuation of any special incentive programs offered to prospective franchisees?

From time to time we may offer special incentive programs as part of our franchise development activities. We currently offer an incentive program where we will discount the initial franchise fee by 30% for veterans and active-duty military personnel for the first Franchised Business purchased. We have the right to offer, modify or withdraw any incentive program without notice to you. The initial franchise fee is imposed uniformly on all franchisees and is not refundable under any circumstances.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bb.Q Chicken does not guarantee the continuation of any special incentive programs. The FDD states that Bb.Q Chicken may offer special incentive programs as part of its franchise development activities from time to time. Currently, Bb.Q Chicken offers a 30% discount on the initial franchise fee for veterans and active-duty military personnel for their first franchise.
However, Bb.Q Chicken explicitly retains the right to modify or withdraw any incentive program without prior notice.
