What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to offer delivery services through third-party delivery services. However, franchisees are restricted to using only those third-party delivery services that Bb.Q Chicken has approved and listed in its Manual.

If a Bb.Q Chicken franchisee uses a third-party delivery service that has not been approved by Bb.Q Chicken and is not listed in the Manual, the franchisee will be charged a fine for using a prohibited product or service. Continued use of unapproved third-party delivery services constitutes a default under the Franchise Agreement.

This policy ensures that Bb.Q Chicken maintains control over the quality and consistency of its delivery services, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and brand reputation. It is common in the franchise industry for franchisors to maintain control over key aspects of the business, including suppliers and service providers, to ensure brand consistency and quality control. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the list of approved third-party delivery services in the Bb.Q Chicken Manual and understand the implications of using unapproved services.
