What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Bb.Q Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, multi-unit operators must adhere to a Minimum Performance Schedule outlined in Attachment 1 of their agreement. This schedule dictates the timeline for establishing and operating Bb.Q Chicken franchises. Failing to meet these deadlines constitutes a default under the agreement.
However, the specific development deadlines for the first three outlets are not detailed in the provided excerpts. The FDD mentions that the schedule is found in Attachment 1 of the Multi-Unit Operator Agreement, which is not included in the provided documentation.
A prospective Bb.Q Chicken franchisee should carefully review Attachment 1 of the Multi-Unit Operator Agreement to understand the exact deadlines for opening their first three restaurants and the consequences of failing to meet those deadlines. They should also inquire about any flexibility or potential for extensions to the development schedule, as well as the process for requesting such modifications.
