You shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations and shall timely obtain any and all permits, certificates, or licenses necessary for the full and proper conduct of the Franchised

Business. Such laws, rules and regulations shall include, without limitation, licenses to do business; health and sanitation inspections, if and when required; fictitious name registrations; sales and other tax permits; reporting and payment of all taxes; fire and police department clearances; Americans With Disability Act compliance; compliance with all federal, state or local data privacy laws, rules, and regulations; certificates of occupancy; any permits, certificates or licenses required by any environmental federal, state or local law, rule or regulation, and compliance otherwise with all environmental laws, rules, and regulations; and any other requirement, rule, law or regulation applicable to you or in the jurisdiction of the Designated Territory. Franchisee shall further comply with all industry best practices, including with respect to the handling, storage, preparation, service and disposal of food and beverage products.
