Specifically, franchisees must adhere to Bb.Q Chicken's stipulations for establishing and maintaining telecommunications connections between their computer systems and the franchisor's Intranet, or other computer systems, as detailed in the manuals or in writing.

Bb.Q Chicken may establish an Intranet, which is a secure website for communications between the franchisor, franchisees, licensees, and other entities. Franchisees must comply with Bb.Q Chicken's requirements for connecting to and using the Intranet, as outlined in the manuals or in writing. The Intranet may include manuals, training materials, and management reporting solutions. Franchisees are responsible for purchasing and maintaining the necessary computer software and hardware to connect to and utilize the Intranet.

Bb.Q Chicken also has the right to specify or require certain brands, types, makes, and models of communication, computer systems, and hardware to be used by franchisees. This includes systems for data, audio, video, and voice storage, retrieval, and transmission, Point-of-Sale Systems, security systems, printers, archival back-up systems, and internet access mode and speed. Franchisees must also record all sales on approved computer-based point-of-sale systems or other systems designated by Bb.Q Chicken in the Manual or otherwise in writing.
