The General Manager must satisfy our educational and business criteria as provided to you in the Manual or other written instructions, must be individually acceptable to us, must satisfy the applicable training requirements in the Franchise Agreement and must be approved by us to act as a General Manager. The General Manager must be responsible for the supervision and management of the Franchised Business and must devote full time and best efforts to this activity. If the General Manager cannot serve in the position or does not meet the requirements, he or she must be replaced within 60 days after the General Manager stops serving or no longer meets the requirements. At all times, the Franchised Business must be under the management of the operating principal or the General Manager.
You must also retain other personnel as are needed to operate and manage the Franchised Business. Your General Manager and all other personnel who will have access to our proprietary and confidential information and training must sign our Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement which is attached to our Franchise Agreement as Attachment 4. We will be a third-party beneficiary of each agreement with the independent right to enforce the agreement's terms. We have the right, in our discretion, to decrease the period of time or geographic scope of the non-competition covenants contained in the attachments or eliminate the non-competition covenants altogether for any party that must sign an agreement as described in this paragraph.
If your Franchised Business is owned by an entity, all owners of the entity must personally sign the Franchise Agreement as a Principal. If you are a married individual, your spouse must sign our Spouse Guaranty, which is attached to our Franchise Agreement as Attachment 7.
ITEM 16 RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT THE FRANCHISEE MAY SELL
You must sell or offer for sale all menu items, food products, merchandise, and other products and services we require, in the manner and style we require, including dine-in and carry-out, as expressly authorized by us in writing.

According to Bb.Q Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the General Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of the franchised business. The General Manager must devote their full time and best efforts to this activity. Bb.Q Chicken requires that the General Manager satisfy educational and business criteria as provided in the manual or other written instructions, be individually acceptable to them, and satisfy the applicable training requirements in the Franchise Agreement.
Bb.Q Chicken must approve the General Manager. If the General Manager cannot serve in the position or does not meet the requirements, they must be replaced within 60 days. At all times, the franchised business must be under the management of the operating principal or the General Manager.
In addition, the General Manager must meet educational and business experience criteria as set forth in the manuals or otherwise in writing by Bb.Q Chicken. The General Manager must also be an individual acceptable to Bb.Q Chicken and satisfy the training requirements.
