| THIS SAFE-T SUITE SERVICES ADDENDUM is entered into as of the Addendum Effective Date indicated below by and between Elavon, Inc. ("Elavon") and the party identified as "Customer" below. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the SAFE-T Suite Terms and Conditions and Exhibits are included in the SAFE-T Suite Services Addendum. This addendum supplements the Hosted Services Agreement between the customer and Elavon, Inc. The SAFE-T Suite Terms and Conditions and the Exhibits can be found online at https://www.elavon.com/~/media/Files/wyndham.pdf.
Several exhibits are applicable to the SAFE-T Suite Services Addendum depending on the services and selections made. Exhibit A applies to fees, Exhibit C applies if the customer receives Encryption Terminal Software licensed from Elavon, and Exhibit F applies if the customer receives Simplify License and Support. If the customer elects to lease terminals, Exhibit D applies, while Exhibit E applies if the customer purchases the terminals.
The SAFE-T Suite Services include tokenization and encryption services. Customers may receive services such as Encryption Terminal Software licensed from Elavon, Simplify License and Support, and terminal lease or purchase options. The terminal options include the Ingenico iPP320 EMV Terminal or the Ingenico ISC250 EMV Terminal, each bundled with Simplify License and Support, Voltage Encryption, Cabling, Power Supply, and Commbox Deployment. The SAFE-T Suite Services Addendum is separately executed as part of the Hosted Gateway Services agreement.
