No matter the service level, Revenue Management Services ("RMS") include inventory management, strategic positioning, future demand strategy and targeted promotions and packages, at different frequencies.
We reserve the right to evaluate a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your Facility's room count, occupancy rate, trends, and market to determine the most suitable
level of service. See Exhibit C-7 and Item 6 for additional description of options and fees.
- Standard RMS is a service that includes STR review and evaluation, rate and inventory maintenance, as well as scheduled communication two times per week and monthly meetings with your assigned revenue management professional.
However, if you opt to participate and your Facility achieves greater than 70% occupancy for 12 consecutive months, then it will only be permitted to participate at the Premium RMS level (see directly below).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Revenue Management Services ("RMS") include inventory management, strategic positioning, future demand strategy, and targeted promotions and packages, offered at different frequencies. These services are optional and come with additional fees.
Baymont Inn Suites offers three levels of RMS: Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus, each with varying fees. The Standard RMS includes STR review and evaluation, rate and inventory maintenance, scheduled communication twice a week, and monthly meetings with an assigned revenue management professional. The Premium RMS includes inventory management, scheduled communication twice a week, weekly meetings with an assigned revenue management professional, and STR review and recommendations.
The Premium Plus RMS includes all features of the Premium RMS, along with daily recommendations, twice-weekly strategy discussions, and two annual property visits. Baymont Inn Suites reserves the right to evaluate factors such as the facility's room count, occupancy rate, trends, and market to determine the most suitable level of service for each franchisee. If a facility achieves greater than 70% occupancy for 12 consecutive months while participating in the Standard RMS, it will be required to upgrade to the Premium RMS level.
