You must obtain network connectivity to enable your PMS to interface with the CRS. For any of the PMS options described above, you may procure network connectivity through a broadband Internet connection from an ISP, for which you must pay the ISP's service fee. Regardless of the PMS option you choose, your network connectivity must meet the system requirements prescribed by Sabre for a SynXis PMS or Oracle for an OPERA PMS, as applicable.

According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must secure network connectivity to enable their Property Management System (PMS) to interface with the Central Reservation System (CRS). This connectivity can be obtained through a broadband Internet connection from an Internet Service Provider (ISP), for which the franchisee is responsible for paying the ISP's service fees.
Regardless of the chosen PMS option (SynXis or OPERA), the network connectivity must adhere to the system requirements specified by Sabre for SynXis PMS or Oracle for OPERA PMS. This ensures that the PMS can effectively communicate with the CRS for reservation management and other essential functions.
In addition to network connectivity for the PMS, Baymont Inn Suites requires franchisees to offer wireless high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas, meeting the brand's Guest Internet System Standards. Baymont Inn Suites may also require the use of a standardized portal, known as a Captive Portal, for guests to access the internet. The terms for installing and maintaining the equipment and software for the Captive Portal, if required, will be outlined in an exhibit to the Master Information Technology Agreement (MITA).
