What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, your approval is not required before Baymont Inn Suites charges additional fees for Additional Services. The FDD defines "Additional Fees" as the fees charged under Section 7.1.2 other than the System Assessment Fee.

Baymont Inn Suites may charge franchisees for loyalty program fees, customer care costs, Wyndham Response Fees, Best Rate Guarantee Processing Fees, and reconnection fees. For example, Baymont Inn Suites may charge $15.00 for each "detractor" review and $6.00 for each "neutral" review to which they respond. They may also charge a Processing Fee, currently $195, to reimburse them for administrative charges to process each discrepancy identified in the Best Rate Guarantee Program. If Central Reservation System service is suspended, Baymont Inn Suites may charge a Reconnection Fee; currently, this fee is $4,000.

Baymont Inn Suites may also charge fees for reservations from certain distribution partners processed through various reservation channels, such as GDS Fees, Internet Booking Fees, and Third-Party Channel Fees. The amount of these fees will be established by Baymont Inn Suites from time to time based on the fees these channels charge them and/or their own costs for providing these services. Baymont Inn Suites may alter, change, modify, remove, or add new fees as existing reservation channels are modified or partners are added to existing channels or new reservation channels are established, upon written notice to the franchisee.
