What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the one-time set up and implementation fee for OPERA FOUNDATION is $11,000 for remote and on-site setup and installation. Additional interface installation fees range from $525 to $3,050 per interface. Certain interface installations, such as RevIQ, are mandatory.
In addition to the one-time fee, Baymont Inn Suites franchisees will also incur ongoing monthly fees for the OPERA FOUNDATION system. The monthly fees are dependent on the number of licensed rooms at the facility, with fees ranging from $734 per month for 100 or fewer rooms to $1,050 per month for 201 or more rooms.
Prospective franchisees should consider these technology costs when evaluating the overall investment required to operate a Baymont Inn Suites franchise. It is important to understand which interface installations are mandatory and to factor in the potential for additional monthly interface support fees to accurately project operating expenses.
