What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Baymont Inn Suites FDD, a franchisee may terminate the Supplement at any time by providing the franchisor with sixty days' prior written notice. However, the franchisee is responsible for all fees for the RevIQ Products and/or Services for the remainder of the then-current term.
If a franchisee terminates the Supplement during an existing term, they remain obligated to Baymont Inn Suites for all fees due for the remainder of that term, and these remaining fees become immediately due and payable. All fees outlined in the Supplement are non-refundable.
It's important to note that this termination clause pertains specifically to the Supplement and not necessarily the entire franchise agreement. Franchisees should carefully consider the financial implications of early termination, as they will be liable for all remaining fees, which are not subject to a refund.
