• In the event of a lack of consensus between the Revenue Management Service Specialist and the Facility staff or designees, the Facility staff always has the right to make the final determination on actions to be taken.
III. Rate Shop Report.
As part of subscribing to the Service, you must sign up to a rate shop program that we designate, which may be at an additional cost to you (currently $60 per month). We will determine in our sole discretion the number of hotels, booking sources and arrival dates to include in the shop reports, and the frequency of delivery of reports to you.

According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly fee for the Premium Plus Service is $5,245. This fee is a fixed amount and does not depend on the Gross Room Revenue (GRR) of the facility.

The Standard Service fee is 0.75% of GR/GRR per month, with a minimum of $645 and a maximum of $1,395 per month.
It's important to note that facilities achieving greater than 70% occupancy for 12 consecutive months must participate in the Premium Service rather than the Standard Service. This suggests that Baymont Inn Suites incentivizes or requires higher service levels for more successful locations, which could impact a franchisee's monthly expenses based on their occupancy rates.
