What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Standard Service fee is calculated as 0.75% of Gross Room Revenue (GR/GRR) per month. However, there is both a minimum and maximum monthly fee associated with the Standard Service option.
The minimum monthly fee for Standard Service is $645, while the maximum is $1,395 per month. This means that even if 0.75% of a franchisee's GR/GRR is less than $645, they still have to pay $645. Conversely, if 0.75% of their GR/GRR exceeds $1,395, the franchisee will only pay $1,395 for that month.
It's also important to note that Baymont Inn Suites franchisees achieving greater than 70% occupancy for 12 consecutive months are required to participate in the Premium Service option instead of the Standard Service. This could potentially increase their monthly fees, as the Premium Service has a different fee structure.
