What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Loyalty Metric' is based on a number of Wyndham Rewards Valid Enrollments or another metric determined by Baymont Inn Suites from time to time, as described in the Front Desk Guide. If a Baymont Inn Suites facility fails to achieve the required number of Wyndham Rewards Valid Enrollments, or other Loyalty Metric, during a defined measurement period, the franchisee must pay a Missed Valid Enrollment Fee.
Baymont Inn Suites assesses Loyalty Program Fees to franchisees on Wyndham Rewards member stays at their facility. Stays for which members earn Wyndham Rewards points are defined in the Front Desk Guide. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. has the right to modify, alter, delete, or add new terms or conditions, procedures, point values, redemption levels, or rewards for the Wyndham Rewards program with thirty days' notice and may terminate the program at any time with six months' prior notice.
Franchisees are required to offer enrollment in Wyndham Rewards to all callers received by the toll-free reservation center and all visitors to the consumer website. Franchisees must also offer enrollment to guests at the front desk and are subject to an enrollment quota which Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may change from time to time. Baymont Inn Suites will proactively match and award points to members even if they fail to present their membership number before check-out and will reimburse franchisees for free night stays at their facility under a formula listed in the Front Desk Guide.
