Our consent or approval may be withheld while you are in default under this Agreement or may be conditioned on the cure of all your defaults.
Once a Termination or expiration date for this Agreement has been established in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, we may cease accepting reservations through the Reservation System for any person(s) seeking to make a reservation for a stay on any date including or following the Termination or expiration of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee defaults on their agreement, Baymont Inn Suites has the right to withhold certain approvals or consents until the default is resolved. This includes the potential to suspend reservation services until all defaults are cured, along with any associated fees and performance obligations. Baymont Inn Suites may also deduct points under their quality assurance inspection program for non-compliance.
Baymont Inn Suites can also suspend or terminate any temporary fee reductions and refuse operational support until the franchisee addresses the failure to perform under the agreement. These actions do not constitute a termination of the agreement, and Baymont Inn Suites retains the right to terminate the agreement later if the issues are not resolved.
Furthermore, Baymont Inn Suites may cease accepting reservations through the Reservation System for any person seeking to make a reservation for a stay on any date including or following the Termination or expiration of this Agreement. While the FDD does not explicitly state that Baymont Inn Suites can limit access to their website, the ability to suspend reservation services and refuse operational support suggests that access to online resources and systems could be restricted as a consequence of default.
