  • 3.15.2 You must ensure at all times that we have from you, in writing, current and accurate information about the name and contact information, including e-mail address, for the person who is designated by you to (a) represent you in dealings with us pertaining to the Facility, including authority to make decisions regarding and sign ancillary agreements related to day-to-day operations of the Facility, and (b) receive all legal notices pertaining to this Agreement, including all matters pertaining to the Chain's franchise advisory council or similar body, if any (to whom we may refer as the "Site Principal Contact").

Your initial Site Principal Contact is the person you indicate in Section 17.3.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if we provide you with an e-mail address to be used for receiving communications from us, you acknowledge that delivery of such communications to this e-mail address shall be deemed sufficient notice of the communications' content.
