What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly fee for RevIQ Premium is $28. RevIQ Premium adds functionality to RevIQ Standard, including optimized hotel overbooking and user-configured room type overbooking. However, the RevIQ Premium Service is only available after three months of participation in RevIQ Standard service. Baymont Inn Suites reserves the right to assess a Facility and its performance to determine the appropriate service level.
It is important to note that in certain circumstances, Baymont Inn Suites may issue a written quote with Facility-specific fees that differ from the standard fees. If a franchisee signs this quote, the quote will control in the event of any conflict.
RevIQ is an automated rate audit solution. The Elavon tokenized credit card interface and the automated rate audit solution (currently RevIQ) interface are included in the OPERA monthly fee. Additional interfaces may incur additional fees.
To use RevIQ, franchisees must have internet access, operate on a Sabre SynXis CR and Sabre property management system, perform nightly financial audits, and ensure permitted users have access to Okta Single Sign-On and complete required training.
