What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Baymont Inn Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is responsible for all access or use through their Access Credentials. Baymont Inn Suites may provide Access Credentials to the franchisee, and may change these credentials from time to time. The franchisee must follow all security procedures and protocols established by Baymont Inn Suites, and must not allow the Products and/or Services to be accessed in violation of these procedures. The franchisee must safeguard any Access Credentials provided as a trade secret, and only reveal such information to Permitted Users on a need-to-know basis.

If the franchisee has knowledge that their Access Credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or compromised, they must immediately inform Baymont Inn Suites and follow their instructions regarding any replacement Access Credentials.

In addition to being responsible for all access or use through the Access Credentials, the franchisee is fully responsible for their Permitted Users' compliance with the agreement and any applicable Service Offering. They are also responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Guest Information collected by them or their employees, agents, or representatives. The franchisee must prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Products and/or Services, and notify Baymont Inn Suites promptly of any such unauthorized access or use. They must also use the Products and/or Services only in accordance with the agreement, any applicable Service Offering, and applicable laws and government regulations.
