According to the 2025 Baymont Inn Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, official notices to Baymont Franchise Systems, Inc. should be sent to the email address Suzanne.Fenimore@wyndham.com. This email address is designated for the Vice President - Contracts Compliance.

In addition to email, the FDD specifies that notices must be in writing and can be delivered (i) by delivery service, with proof of delivery; (ii) by first class, prepaid certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; (iii) by electronic mail, posting of the notice on their Chain intranet site or by a similar technology; or (iv) by such other means as to result in actual or constructive receipt by the person or office holder designated. Notices are considered given on the date delivered or the date delivery was attempted, especially if refused.

Baymont Inn Suites also requires franchisees to keep them updated with current and accurate contact information, including email addresses, for the person designated as the Site Principal Contact. This individual represents the franchisee in dealings with Baymont Inn Suites and is authorized to make decisions and sign agreements related to the facility's day-to-day operations, as well as receive legal notices.
