The low end of the range assumes the franchisee will procure all of the above and purchase the base system equipment. The high end of the range assumes the franchisee will procure all of the above and acquire top-of-the-line equipment to operate the PMS (Property Management System).

Baymont Inn Suites requires franchisees to purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire a computerized hospitality property management system/computer (PMS) that has been designated by them. For prospective Baymont Inn Suites franchisees, this means that the initial investment for systems and equipment can vary significantly depending on the type and quality of equipment chosen. It is important to consider the long-term needs and budget when making these decisions, as upgrading systems later can be more costly. Franchisees should also inquire about any potential interface fees that are not included in the estimated range to get a more accurate picture of the total investment required.
