- 2.4 Implementation Services. On a date after which you have signed both the Elavon Agreement and this Agreement, we shall use reasonable efforts to implement theSaaS Solution as described in Attachment 2.4 attached hereto (the "Implementation Services") and you shall follow all of our instructions for preparing the Facility, at your sole expense, for implementation of the SaaS Solution. The SaaS Solution shall be deemed accepted by you ("Acceptance") immediately upon implementation of the SaaS Solution by us (the "Acceptance Date").
