- 4.6 Consultations and Standards Compliance. We will assist you to understand your obligations under System Standards by telephone, e-mail, during any visits by our employees to the Facility, through the System Standards Manual, at training sessions and during conferences and meetings we conduct.
We will provide telephone and e-mail consultation on Facility operation and marketing through our representatives.
We will offer you access to any Internet website we may maintain to provide Chain Facility franchisees with information and services, subject to any rules, policies and procedures we establish for its use and access and subject to this Agreement.
We may limit or deny access to any such website while you are in default under this Agreement.
- 4.7 System Standards Manual and Other Publications. We will specify System Standards in the System Standards Manual, policy statements, or other publications which we may make available to you via our Chain intranet, in paper copies or through another medium.
You will at all times comply with the System Standards.
You acknowledge that the System Standards and the System Standards Manual are designed to protect the System and the Marks, and not to control the dayto-day operation of your business.
We will provide you with access to the System Standards Manual promptly after we sign this Agreement.
We will notify you via our Chain intranet or another medium of any System Standards Manual revisions and/or supplements as and when issued as well as any other publications and policy statements in effect for Chain franchisees from time to time.

According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will assist franchisees in understanding their obligations under System Standards through various channels. These include telephone and email consultations, visits by Baymont Inn Suites employees to the franchisee's facility, the System Standards Manual, training sessions, and conferences and meetings conducted by the company.

Franchisees are required to comply with these System Standards at all times, acknowledging that they are designed to protect the System and the Marks, rather than to control the day-to-day operations of the franchisee's business. Baymont Inn Suites will provide access to the System Standards Manual promptly after the franchise agreement is signed and will notify franchisees of any revisions or supplements via the Chain intranet or other media.
