What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Baymont Inn Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee or any other employee at the Facility wishes to participate in the Hospitality Management Program in addition to the general manager, they can do so, but they must pay an Additional Attendee Fee. The FDD states that the Additional Attendee Fee is currently $1,400.

The $1,400 Additional Attendee Fee is payable by the scheduled date for the program. This fee is in addition to the tuition due for the general manager to attend the Hospitality Management Program.

In addition to the Additional Attendee Fee, the franchisee must also pay for the attendee's travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation, and benefits for any in-person components of the training program. This could represent a significant additional cost for franchisees who send multiple staff members to the training.
