What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Baymont Inn Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee or any other employee at the Facility wishes to participate in the Hospitality Management Program in addition to the general manager, they can do so by paying an Additional Attendee Fee. The current Additional Attendee Fee is $1,400, which is payable by the scheduled date for the program. This fee is in addition to the tuition due for the general manager's training.
Baymont Inn Suites may also charge full or discounted tuition for "refresher" training for the general manager or for additional staff members who complete the training program with the general manager. The franchisee is also responsible for covering the travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation, and benefits for any in-person components of the training for themselves, their general manager, and any additional staff members.
This means that if a Baymont Inn Suites franchisee wants to send more than just their general manager to the Hospitality Management Program, they will incur an additional cost of $1,400 per person. Franchisees should factor these training costs into their budget when planning for staff training and development. It's also important to note that these fees are subject to change, so franchisees should confirm the current rates with Baymont Inn Suites before scheduling any training.
