What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Baya Bar may require franchisees, their General Manager, and other shop personnel to attend training programs and seminars related to the operation of the shop.
The FDD outlines a specific training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training. The classroom training covers topics such as the Baya Bar business model, marketing and lead generation, office administration, managing operations, and customer interaction. On-the-job training focuses on managing operations and customer interaction.
This training is conducted at an affiliate's location in Staten Island, New York, or at the franchisee's location. Franchisees must ensure that up to three trainees, including themselves and the General Manager, complete the training program no later than four weeks before the shop begins operation.
