What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Baya Bar Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure their employees (referred to as "Covenantor" in the agreement) maintain the confidentiality of Baya Bar's Confidential Information. This information includes the contents of the operations manual, knowledge, know-how, techniques, and other materials related to the Baya Bar system.
