The Shops are established and operated under a comprehensive and unique system (the "System"). The System includes distinctive signage, interior and exterior design, décor and color scheme; special recipes and menu items, including proprietary products and ingredients; uniform standards, specifications, and procedures for operations; quality and uniformity of products and services offered; inventory, management and financial control procedures (including point of sales and tracking systems); training and assistance; and advertising and promotional programs; all of which we may change, improve, and further develop, in our discretion.
