What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Baya Bar retains the right to implement quality assurance programs through third-party providers. These programs may include mystery shopper services and periodic quality assurance audits, referred to as "Quality Review Services."

As a franchisee, you may be required to subscribe to these third-party Quality Review Services at your own expense if Baya Bar requests it. These services are designed to monitor the operations of your franchised business as directed by Baya Bar. This means franchisees must budget for potential costs associated with these external quality reviews.

This provision allows Baya Bar to maintain quality control and brand consistency across all franchise locations. While the franchisee bears the cost, the intention is to ensure that all Baya Bar locations meet the standards set by the company, which can ultimately benefit the brand's reputation and customer experience.
