The Company has seven related entities.
Baya Bowls LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on September 22, 2016, Baya Bowls S.I. LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on February 2, 2017, is Baya Bar III LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on August 28, 2017, Baya Bar IV LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on October 23, 2017, Baya Bar V LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on November 13, 2017, Baya Bar Richmond LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on June 4, 2018, and Baya Bar Avenue J LLC, a New York limited liability company formed October 1, 2021. All affiliates own and operate one business of the type being franchised and have never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and are not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.

All of these entities are limited liability companies formed in New York between 2016 and 2021.
The FDD states that these related entities own and operate one business of the type being franchised by Baya Bar. This means they operate their own Baya Bar locations.
