What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the pre-opening training fee is due before training. The current per session training fee is $3,000.
This fee covers training for new or replacement employees. Baya Bar will train up to three people at no additional charge. However, if a franchisee requests pre-opening training for additional employees or for new/replacement employees during the franchise term, they must pay the training fee.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering the trainees' expenses. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and wages for the employees undergoing training. This could represent a significant additional cost for franchisees, especially if they are located far from the training center or require training for multiple employees.
