What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the mystery shopper program is mandatory. Baya Bar may use an independent service to conduct a "mystery shopper" quality control and evaluation program. Franchisees must participate in this program.
Franchisees may be required to pay the charges imposed by the evaluation service. These charges can be paid either directly to the evaluation service provider or to Baya Bar as a reimbursement. The cost for this mystery shopper program can be up to $150 and is due monthly.
The mystery shopper program is separate from Baya Bar's programs for customer surveys and customer satisfaction audits, which may require franchisees to accept coupons from participating customers for discounted or complimentary items.
