We have no parent or predecessors, but we have seven affiliates.
Our first affiliate is Baya Bowls LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on September 22, 2016, and headquartered at 9417 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11209. Our first affiliate owns and operates one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since December 2016 and is located at its headquarters in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. In November 2019, Baya Bar Systems LLC sold their location to a franchisee. Our first affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our second affiliate is Baya Bowls S.I. LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on February 2, 2017, and headquartered at 6833 Amboy Road, Staten Island, New York, 10309. Our second affiliate owns and operates one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since June 2017 and is located at its headquarters in Tottenville on Staten Island. Our second affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our third affiliate is Baya Bar III LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on August 28, 2017, and located in New Dorp on Staten Island. Our third affiliate owns and operates one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since August 2017 and is located at its headquarters. This affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our fourth affiliate is Baya Bar IV LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on October 23, 2017, and headquartered at 2343 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York, 10306. This affiliate owns one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since May 2018 and is located at its headquarters. This affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our fifth affiliate is Baya Bar V LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on November 13, 2017, and headquartered at 374 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11215. This affiliate closed on December 31, 2018.
Our sixth affiliate is Baya Bar Richmond LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on June 4, 2018, and headquartered at 3830 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, New York, 10312. This affiliate owns one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since September 2018 and is located at its headquarters. This affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our seventh affiliate is Baya Bar Avenue J LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on October 1, 2020, and headquartered at 1301 Avenue J, Brooklyn, New York, 11230. This affiliate owns one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since March 2021 and is located at its headquarters. This affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Baya Bar Franchise Systems, LLC does not have any parent companies or predecessors. However, the document states that Baya Bar has seven affiliates. These affiliates include Baya Bowls LLC, formed on September 22, 2016; Baya Bowls S.I. LLC, formed on February 2, 2017; Baya Bar III LLC, formed on August 28, 2017; Baya Bar IV LLC, formed on October 23, 2017; Baya Bar V LLC, formed on November 13, 2017; Baya Bar Richmond LLC, formed on June 4, 2018; and Baya Bar Avenue J LLC, formed on October 1, 2020.
