What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee loses, misplaces, or requests a physical copy of the Manual, Baya Bar may provide a replacement copy at its discretion. The franchisee is responsible for paying the then-current replacement fee. As of the date of the Franchise Disclosure Agreement, the replacement fee is $100.00.
