We have no parent or predecessors, but we have seven affiliates.
Our first affiliate is Baya Bowls LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on September 22, 2016, and headquartered at 9417 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11209. Our first affiliate owns and operates one business of the type being franchised which has been in operation since December 2016 and is located at its headquarters in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. In November 2019, Baya Bar Systems LLC sold their location to a franchisee. Our first affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease.
Our second affiliate is Baya Bowls S.I. LLC, a New York limited liability company, formed on February 2, 2017, and headquartered at 6833 Amboy Road, Staten Island, New York, 10309.
