What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 Baya Bar Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee must submit plans and materials to the franchisor for site approval. Baya Bar will then approve or disapprove of these plans within ten business days of receiving them.

If Baya Bar fails to respond within the ten business days, the plans and materials are considered disapproved. The franchisee is not allowed to use unapproved plans or materials until they receive written approval from Baya Bar.

Additionally, Baya Bar can request that the franchisee stop using any advertising or promotional plans or materials, regardless of whether they were previously approved. Baya Bar can use any advertising, marketing, or sales concepts, programs, or materials proposed or developed by the franchisee that Baya Bar approves, and other franchisees can use them without compensating the franchisee.
