What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit copies of any inspection reports to the franchisor. This obligation is tied to maintaining best practices in food and beverage handling and achieving the highest possible ratings from governmental authorities.
This requirement ensures that Baya Bar franchisees adhere to quality and sanitation standards. If a franchisee fails to obtain a satisfactory rating upon inspection or does not operate according to the required standards, it is considered a default of the Franchise Agreement.
Baya Bar retains the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if the franchisee does not meet these standards. This underscores the importance of compliance with health and safety regulations and the potential consequences of failing to do so.
