Is the Baya Bar Franchisee required to assign telephone numbers to the Franchisor?

- 2.2 Interest in Telephone Numbers and Listings. Franchisee has or will acquire during the term of the Franchise Agreement, certain right, title, and interest in and to those certain
telephone numbers and regular, classified, internet page, and other telephone directory listings (collectively, the "Telephone Listings") related to the Franchised Business or the Marks.

According to Baya Bar's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee has or will acquire interest in telephone numbers and listings related to the franchised business or the marks during the term of the Franchise Agreement. Upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, or on periodic request of Baya Bar, the franchisee must immediately transfer these telephone numbers and listings to Baya Bar.
This means that as a Baya Bar franchisee, you will likely need to obtain telephone numbers for your business.
