Under the Franchise Agreement, Licensee must use the software designated by the Company in operating the Franchised Business.
Franchisor will, at its discretion, determine the content and use of a Batteries Plus® website and intranet system and will establish rules under which franchisees may or will participate.
Franchisee agrees to comply with all mandatory specifications, standards and operating procedures (whether contained in the Operations Manual or any other written or oral communication to Franchisee) relating to the appearance or operation of a Batteries Plus® store, including:
