The initial startup and commercial sales effectiveness training programs are conducted primarily at the corporate training center in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, in one of their stores, and online. New franchisees must attend a one-week on-site commercial training in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, within three months of signing the Franchise Agreement.

Other related training programs, such as CRM Training & Click2Sell Training, In-Store Lead Generation, Customer Follow-Up, Commercial Market Plan, and Time Management & Commercial Tools, also take place at the Batteries Plus Support Offices. Franchisees are responsible for their travel and living expenses while attending these training programs.
