Franchisee understands that Franchisor will establish the rules under which Franchisee will participate, and be compensated for participation, in the Key Accounts Program and that Franchisor may terminate, modify, or replace the Key Accounts Program at any time.

Franchisee must pay Franchisor its then-current fees associated with the Key Accounts Program.
