What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Batteries Plus Bulbs's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Salesforce Training takes place at the Batteries Plus Support Offices. The duration of the training varies between 1 to 3 hours. Other training programs such as Value Proposition and Top Industry Training also take place at the Batteries Plus Support Offices.
In addition to Salesforce Training, CRM Training & Click2Sell Training also take place at the Batteries Plus Support Offices. This training is 2 hours of coach training. New Owner Commercial Sales, In-Store Lead Generation, Customer Follow-Up, Commercial Market Plan, and Time Management & Commercial Tools training programs are also held at the Batteries Plus Support Offices.
Batteries Plus Bulbs also provides other training programs at different locations. The New Franchisee/New Store Commercial Sales Kick Start program takes place virtually or on-site at the franchisee's store.
