Ascent Battery Supply, L.L.C., a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Ascent"), is our whollyowned subsidiary and an affiliate that acquires batteries, light bulbs, key fob, device repair and other related products for redistribution to Batteries Plus® franchisees directly or through designated or approved thirdparty suppliers. Ascent's principal business address is 6200 N. Baker Rd., Glendale, WI 53209 (see Item 8
for further discussion). We currently have no affiliates, other than Ascent, that provide products or services to our franchisees.
