Unless the Franchised Business will be operated from the Franchisee's residence, Franchisee will secure an office and/or warehouse in the Territory at which (among other things) Franchisee shall accept delivery of Products before installation.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to have an office and/or warehouse, it must be located within the assigned territory. This location will be used, among other things, to accept delivery of products before they are installed.

While a showroom is not required, if a Bath Tune Up franchisee decides to establish one, it must also be located within the designated territory. The franchisee must ensure the showroom complies with Bath Tune Up's written specifications and other requirements outlined in the manuals. The franchisor's prior written approval is needed for the showroom.

Before establishing a showroom, the franchisee must submit a proposed location to Bath Tune Up for approval, along with any information the franchisor requires regarding the location. Bath Tune Up has 14 days to approve or disapprove the proposed location. The franchisor has the right to grant or withhold approval based on their business judgment. Any future relocation of the showroom will be subject to the same approval process.
