What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bath Tune Up Franchise Disclosure Document, there have been no states in which a proposed registration of these franchises has been withdrawn. This means that Bath Tune Up has not had any issues with state franchise regulators rejecting their application to offer franchises in any state.
This is a positive indicator for potential franchisees as it suggests that Bath Tune Up has a good track record with state regulatory bodies. It also means that Bath Tune Up is able to offer franchises in all states where they are registered or filed.
It is important to note that this statement only refers to proposed registrations that have been withdrawn. It does not address situations where a registration was initially approved but later revoked or suspended. The FDD does state that no states have revoked or suspended the right to offer these franchises.
