What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms and conditions for offering leads to a non-participating franchisee are specified in the manuals. Specifically, if a Bath Tune Up franchisee declines to participate in joint marketing efforts, any leads generated for their territory by a participating franchisee must be offered to the non-participating franchisee.

The terms and conditions for these leads, including maximum lead fees per referral, are detailed in the Bath Tune Up manuals. These manuals may be updated from time to time.

This means that if a franchisee chooses not to engage in a joint marketing campaign, they are still entitled to receive leads generated from that campaign within their territory, provided they adhere to the terms outlined in the manuals. It is important for prospective franchisees to review the manuals carefully to understand these terms and conditions, as they can impact their ability to acquire customers and generate revenue.
