What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Bath Tune Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is required to employ or engage a full-time manager who will devote their entire time and attention to the management, operation, and development of the franchised business. While the FDD defines the role and responsibilities of the manager, it does not explicitly state the required notification method to Bath Tune Up when there is a change in the manager position.
However, the Bath Tune Up franchise agreement emphasizes the importance of adhering to the policies and procedures outlined in the Manuals, which are accessible on the franchisor's electronic portal. These manuals include all amendments and supplements prescribed by the franchisor from time to time. Therefore, it is possible that the notification method for a change in manager is detailed within these manuals.
A prospective Bath Tune Up franchisee should inquire with the franchisor about the specific procedures for notifying them of a change in the manager position. This would include understanding whether there is a specific form to complete, a designated contact person to inform, and any required timeframe for providing this notification. Clarifying these details is essential for maintaining compliance with the franchise agreement and ensuring smooth communication with the franchisor.
