What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bath Tune Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bath Tune Up is not required to hold a convention for franchisees. The FDD states that Bath Tune Up has the option, but not the obligation, to hold a convention.

If Bath Tune Up chooses to hold a convention, it may invite franchisees and others to discuss topics that Bath Tune Up deems appropriate and in the best interests of the Bath Tune Up system. These topics could include trends in services and products, sales techniques, performance standards, and marketing programs.

As a prospective franchisee, it's important to recognize that attendance at any optional convention would likely involve costs such as travel and accommodation. While not mandatory, such events can offer valuable networking and training opportunities. A franchisee should inquire with existing franchisees to gauge the typical frequency and value of these conventions when evaluating the overall support provided by Bath Tune Up.
