We have the right to make sales using our principal mark within your Territory by means of the Internet, catalog sales, direct marketing or any other means that does not involve both sale and installation of Bath Improvements. We do not have to compensate you for making such sales. We may introduce ecommerce capabilities in the future. If we do so, you will be required to participate.
