What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bath Tune Up Franchise Disclosure Document, the definition of "Manager" can be found on page 70 of the franchise agreement. The agreement defines "Manager" as the Bath Tune Up franchisee's employee or agent responsible for the day-to-day operation of the franchised business.

To qualify as a Manager, the individual must be designated by the franchisee and successfully complete the initial training program provided by Bath Tune Up. This ensures that the Manager is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage the business according to Bath Tune Up's standards.

If the franchisee is an individual, they have the option to serve as the Manager themselves, provided they meet the training requirements. This offers flexibility for owner-operators who wish to be directly involved in the daily operations of their Bath Tune Up franchise.
